Wednesday Wardrobe: Spring Footwear

For this “Wednesday Wardrobe,”  we decided to show some of our favorite footwear for the spring! We have covered all sorts of styles from flats to sandals to rain boots. No style is safe from this post! Also, we want to apologize in advance for the abundance of pictures!

Jess’s Style

My favorite footwear of the moment has to be my new Steve Madden black-quilted sneakers. They are really comfortable and can be worn dressed up or for a casual look.

I have also been wearing out my loafers and ballet flats. These styles are always a go-to for work. My flats have all came from the J. Crew Factory, and I have them in several different colors. I am loving the camel ballet flat right now. Plus, it has one of my favorite detailing on it: the bow! From left to right: camel ballet flats, blush ballet flat, blue striped loafer.

Here are the loafers I wore this week:

My sandals are some oldies but goodies. I have had the black-studded pair for a few years now, and I feel kind of like a rocker in them (I am so not one, but it’s one of my favorite looks). I also got the Sam Edelman beige sandals last year, and it is a style that I love to wear to dress up shorts.

Lastly, I have my green Hunter rain boots for these rainy days! The great thing about these boots are they are not limited to one season. I wore these during the winter and I am able to wear them on into the spring. Also, during the winter, Hunter has some great boot socks to wear with them!

Since many of these shoes are out-of-stock, here are some links to other options!

Sneakers:

Sandals:

embellished, gladiator, studded gladiator

Flats:

d’Orsay, polka dots, ballet

What are your favorite spring shoe styles?!

Ashley’s Style

Like Jess mentioned, we are loving our slip-on sneakers! I love dressing them up and mixing them in with my casual looks. It feels good being able to slip them on and head out the door (mostly because I am running late pretty much every day.)

These cute little zebra slip-ons are Sanuk. I’ve had them forever and they still feel like I’m walking the puffiest of clouds every time I wear them. Pure comfort.

These J. Crew Factory sneakers keep popping up in my outfits lately. I love the hipster look of them and they are super comfy.

These floral babies are J. Crew Factory as well. Floral is the key word here 🙂

With all of the rain we’ve been getting lately, I’m still pulling out my Hunter rain boots and these leopard rain booties from J. Crew!

And of course I can’t go without my amazingly comfy Bussola wedges. (Um, please excuse the chipped toe polish.)

Have to have a brown pair too! 😉

These OTBT’s (Off the Beaten Track) always perfect an outfit because of their uniqueness!

I can’t leave out my Chacos which are perfect for many outdoor occasions and my Sanuk slip flops. Like I mentioned earlier about the slip-ons, these feel like puffy clouds as well.

Here are a few more styles I am loving right now!
