Hello all and happy Thursday! We are very excited about this post today because one of our fave teacher bloggers, Mrs. M from Teach. Inspire. Change. has asked us to join her and a few others in her style challenge for this week, which is all about hats! We are so thrilled that she thought of us! Jess and I are all about some hats!
As I have mentioned before, I consider leopard a staple that should be in every closet and wardrobe. Imagine my eyes and how they lit up when I saw this super cute leopard cap from J.Crew! Love wearing this for a more casual style. It’s sold out but I found a similar one here. J. Crew Factory Joy tee shirt here. J. Crew Factory skinny jeans here. J. Crew slip-on sneakers here (LOVE these!).
I love a good floppy hat! This one is from Urban Outfitters. For a more dressier look, I styled it with my J. Crew Factory white peplum top (similar option here.) J. Crew Factory Gigi Pants here. And my Bussola Wedges that I love and are worth every penny!
Sure, I might resemble a 1950s gangster, but that is not going to stop me from wearing my fedora. I think it’s a great spring/summer staple, and can easily accessorize any casual outfit. Personally, I love to wear mine to shield my face from the sun at the pool as I first saw one of my imaginary celebrity best friends, Lauren Conrad, do on one of her many reality television shows. We both found ours at Urban Outfitters. It’s sold out but here is a one similar. I am also wearing a Loft shirt (similar here) and J. Crew Factory leopard loafers (similar here).
Like Ashley, I have been wanting a floppy hat to add to my collection for some time, and I finally found one at Free People. For my dressier look, I style it with my J. Crew Factory navy peplum shell (similar here), J. Crew pants, and J. Crew Factory loafers (similar here).
