Wednesday Wardrobe: Spring Looks

Jess’s Style

I am so glad spring is finally here! I did not appreciate all of the cold weather (I’m such a wuss when it comes to the cold). As you can see, my spring looks are filled with navy! I’m all about Design Darling‘s motto: navy or nothing. I opted to style two different looks, and it turned out looking like I just escaped prep school. Oh well! With the first look, I wore a navy J. Crew Factory skirt, a J. Crew Factory graphic tee (similar here), converses and striped loafers (similar here). I wanted to show the versatility of the skirt!

For the second look, I wore an Old Navy rain jacket (similar here), Madewell light sweater (similar here), skinny jeans, and converses. I love the rain jacket. It has the cutest lining on the inside. I had been on the search forever for a lightweight rain jacket and finally found one at Design Darling’s suggestion on her blog. I also love me some converses. I have a black pair and just ordered the white pair (actually my mom did -she’s so hip- but she didn’t like them as well, score for me!)

What are your favorite spring looks?

Ashley’s Style

Since spring finally decided to make an appearance (after a dreadful winter), I am finally getting to pull out my florals! With my first look, I chose my floral J. Crew Factory pencil skirt (similar here). I love a good pencil skirt! Very classy and an excellent teacher outfit! I added my simple Gap v-neck pocket tee (similar here). My necklace is J. Crew Factory (similar here). I have two shoe options: my OTBT booties and my Bussola wedges (so comfy–great teacher shoes!)

My second spring pick is my floral J. Crew Factory skinny pants (somewhat similar here). I seriously got these things a few summers ago for like $14. I chose the same Gap tee from my above outfit. Gold J. Crew Factory necklace here. Shoe options: OTBT wedges (another good teacher shoe!) and booties from Aldo (similar here).

Who else loves florals?
